I wanted to let you know that the last two releases I received last week from writer Melanie were two of the better written pieces we’ve received from an outside company, and I wanted to pass on my compliments and make sure you were aware of the quality of her work. The few changes I did make were almost exclusively minor, in-house style/preference items we do not expect any company to be aware of or account for. Even with those tweaks, I made fewer edits to these two  pieces than any other articles I can remember. Simply put, it was a refreshing experience and we were very pleased with her work.

Far too often these days, a job well done goes unrecognized. I wanted to make sure that, in this situation, it did not.
